Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to feel confident when ordering from ÉLURA.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• Product must be unused and unopened
• In original packaging
• With proof of purchase
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used lash serums cannot be returned.
Once your return is approved and received, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Final Sale Items
Items purchased during promotions, bundles, or at a discount are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.
